Employee of the Month - January 2013

BIG congratulations to Amando Bonito Kaligis who is our LOLA employee of the month for January and to the ‘LOLA Star’ Feyisayo Amuwa!

Amando Bonito Kaligis

Amando joined LOLA Staffing as part of our bar staff and waiting staff teams in October 2011 and has been attracting a lot of positive feedback and praise since. The client who added Amando to their ‘favourites lists’ include: Leith’s Compass Group , Party Ingredients, St Pancras Renaissance Hotel London , The Hospital Club and Touch of Taste. Create Food & Party Design said he was an ‘Excellent!’ Bar Ambassador and the bar managers often praise his professionalism and experience.

We hear positive comments about Amando’s work very frequently: ‘Always on time, well presented, pro-active and diligent, experienced in service and great team player.’, ‘Amando again was a super star, the shift would've been twice as long if he wasn't there helping everyone, and he is always a gentlemen!’, ‘He is always working hard and is someone you can always rely on!’

Well done Amando! A little something will be coming your way!

Feyisayo Amuwa

Feyisayo will be working her 100th shift for LOLA next week! Surely being chosen a Star of the Month will make it even more special for her. Feyisayo has provided thousands of guests with her fantastic service at some of the greatest London venues including The Roundhouse, Plaisterers’ Hall, St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, Ascot Rasecourse, OXO Tower, ExCel London, Tower of London and Bloomsbury Big Top.
She is a favourite catering staff member for clients such as Mermaid Conference Centre, Grazing and Zest Group.

Feyisayo’s recent performance has been excellent and as a result we’re happy to offer a pay increase. Well done!
