Employee of the Month - December

LOLA was fortunate to have so many great new staff join the team over the Christmas run and we would like to recognize some of our newer members during this busy festive season.

Congratulations to Agnieszka Fronczek who is our LOLA employee of the month for December and to the ‘LOLA Stars’: Annelies van Haeften and Rebecca Moss!

Agnieszka Fronczek

Agnieszka worked as part of our catering staff team at various fantastic venues during the Christmas Run 2012 including: LSO St Lukes, the HAC, OXO2, Tower of London, Plaisterers Hall, the Roundhouse, Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel and Claridges Hotel. Impressing all the time, Agnieszka quickly became a favourite member of staff for many of our clients including Delfina, Create Food & Party Design and Touch of Taste. ‘Agnieszka is an excellent waitress and a pleasure to work with’ – we often hear from our clients. Well done Agnieszka! A little something will be coming your way.  

Annelies van Haeften and Rebecca Moss have been nominated as the ’LOLA Stars’ this month and as a result we’re happy to offer a pay increase.

Annelies van Haeften

Annelies has had 8 years of hospitality experience before joining our catering staff team and she quickly proved to be a real asset to LOLA. Our floor supervisors at Tower of London said she was one of the best wait staff at that iconic venue. The client must have agreed with that statement as Annelies soon was added to Create Food & Party Design’s ‘favourites list’. Members of LOLA senior team describe Annelies as ‘generally awesome’ and the clients often request her back. Great job Annelies!

 





Rebecca Moss

 

Hard-working and dedicated Rebecca often receives positive feedback from our clients and event supervisors. She is often praised for her ‘positive attitude’ and ‘great presentation’. Event managers from Zest Catering have picked her as one of their favourite staff and requested her back to work at the Bloomsbury Big Top’s amazing events in December. Rebecca has also worked many shifts as one of the Cloakroom Staff at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, where she did a great job too! Well done Rebecca!
