BIG congratulations to Razu Ahmed who is our LOLA employee of the month for November and to the ‘LOLA Stars’: Alexandra and Fiona Cameron-Martin!

Razu has been working for LOLA for over a year now on impressive number of 214 events and has consistently been complimented by staff members and clients alike.
We keep receiving a lot of positive feedback about Razu from our clients and LOLA supervisors who say he is ‘very proactive and hardworking’ and ‘always helpful with fantastic attitude’. Constantly impressing, Razu is on the ‘favourites’ list for our clients at The Hospital Club, Claridges Hotel and Zest Group.

Also special mention to Alexandra and Fiona Cameron-Martin who have been nominated as the ’LOLA Stars’ this month and as a result we’re happy to offer a pay increase.

 

Two lovely sisters Alexandra and Fiona joined our catering staff team a year ago and have worked at 130 shifts so far, instantly becoming favourite staff for an impressive number of our clients including: Party Ingredients, Sportsworld, Zest Group, Mustard Catering, The Admirable Crichton, Create Food & Party Design, Mermaid Conference Centre, William Norris, Ahaleena Ltd, The Ultimate Experience, Touch of Taste Ltd. We think it is fair to say that Cameron-Martin sisters make a great impression wherever they go and clients always request them back again and again…

LOLA promoting Guinness Premiership Rugby Responsible Drinking

Last weekend promotional staff from LOLA worked for Guinness Premiership Rugby Responsible Drinking 3-day promotion at Saracens RFC, Twickenham Stoop Stadium and Welford Road Stadium.  Following five years as title sponsor of the Premiership, GUINNESS has taken a partnership deal with Premiership Rugby for three years. This was the fourth annual Responsible Drinking Weekend and LOLA was very proud to step in with our fantastic staff and help to raise the awareness of the possible effects of irresponsible drinking. LOLA promo staff worked on a pre-match activity leafleting and handed out water post-game. They had lots of fun throughout the promotion and got to watch the game too!

Check out the pictures of our dancing promo girls working at the Latin-themed night. Danielle and Yanieke – the dancers from LOLA worked at Eclipse Premium Cocktail Bar in South Kensington. They had to partner people up and help the dance teacher to show them the moves. The event was a big success and as you can see it was lots of fun too!

Hostesses from LOLA at Harrods VIP event

Last Friday our gorgeous team of LOLA hostesses worked as Harrods in-house personal shopping assistants. The store was opened for selected guests only and our meet and greet staff welcomed 100 guests at the entrance of Harrods and on the door to the Penthouse. 

The VIP guests had music on their shopping night by Urban Soul Orchestra. Our hostesses were handing out Champagne Krug during the reception and guiding guests to their personal shopping booths. The guests had their personal shopping assistants showing them around the store. 

Our beautiful hostesses were serving and guiding the guests throughout the night and handed out goody bags as they were leaving. There was also a four part singing group singing Christmas carols on the way out. LOLA hostesses told us that the event at Harrods was a ‘unique experience’ for them and from what we heard they did a great job!

Check out the pictures from a super-fun event we worked at last week! Lauren, Niki and James from our promotional staff team had a great time promoting the Monster Slippers.

The client has asked us for ‘outgoing, confident people who will be happy to engage with people wearing just a form-fitting suit’ – as always we were happy to oblige by providing the client with the perfect people for their event!

Promotional staff from LOLA had to walk around Oxford Street dressed in nude-coloured body suits and a pair of Monster Slippers. Our promo staff were chatting to people and having lots of fun with the product.

After the event we were pleased to hear from the client saying: ‘All three were punctual, professional and delightful. They engaged with the public politely and with great humour. They did a fabulous job.’

Once again, our fabulous LOLA team delivered the results - well done!

LOLA Christmas Run 2012 begins today!

We’re thrilled to announce that the LOLA Christmas Run 2013 begins today! We are starting this exciting period at one of our favourite Christmas venues – the Tower of London. The Christmas run at Bloomsbury is starting this weekend and the events at Claridge’s Hotel, The HAC, Camden Centre, LSO, Salters Hall, OXO, Hellenic Centre, Plaisterers’ Hall and many more will follow shortly. 

As always we expect this Christmas to be the biggest ever and it looks like we’re on the right track to break another record :)
